I have designed a new kind of buckle to Juntor watch. I think this watch is of high end design and finishing. So we need a buckle that is integrated in its context.
The buckle would be screwed to the fiberglass or rubber strap with a fastener. Thus the design is contextual. As well I want to decreased the weigth as is as possible. So the buckle material will be in aluminum.
It is very difficult to machining in aluminum when the parts are very small. But the advantage is that with big watches the weigth decrease until 3 times more.
I will start to maching the buckle the next week.
