  When I want to improve a watch introduction, I use 2 tricks to do it. First, I make the watch in Fusion 360 and I get vector file like PDF or DXF. Juntor strap mold. Other innovation we have introduced

Going on with our innovations we are going to introduce the polypropylene strap mold. The advantages that this kind of material is that we can machine it very fast. So we can make customize mold strap because we use cast polyurethane for strap. Polyurethane has better propierties than natural rubber for strap watches. Moreover is a advanced material is a lot of thing like sport shoes. Polyurethane is not injected, it just filled in the mold and it is closed with some screws. We put the mold in a oven to 90º for some hours in order to cure the material easier. When the part is finished the edges are deburred the and polished it.   We have started to develop the Juntor augmented reality project. The idea is to make possible for people to see our watch in their Smartphone. It is very simple. To do so you have to download the  app from Google. Once you have it installed on your phone, you have to scan a five euros bank note and you will see the Juntor on it. The idea is to create a virtual online shop in order to order each watch in this place.     We would also like to introduce our small workshop using virtual realityand develop our own app to do so. The possibilities are very wide with this kind of technology. Juntor strap link. Plate and polyamide clamp for fiberglass

In this picture you can see the juntor link with the plate and polyamide part. This part is covered with the fiberglass fabric in order to keep the curve shape. As weel there are two holes where are put the plate pins.   Here you can see the pins that are put in the polyamide part. As well the holes for the screws M1,6 X 4. You can see the adaptation of plate to polyamide clamp. The holes are where the screws are screwed to the case back.
